Efficient Process

With our expertise and experience, we can make the loan sale process seamless and efficient. Our team works for both the buyer and seller to facilitate the loan sale process. We assist you in identifying quality assets for sale; identifying suitable buyers; assisting with due diligence; coordination of closing and funding; and supporting the administration of the sale post-closing. GSG will also maintain contact with all the parties post-closing to ensure that any questions that arise are promptly handled to everyone’s satisfaction. GSG uses state of the art systems to allow our buyers and sellers to securely share their sensitive data and files. Our systems are secure and web-based to allow easy access and sharing of data regardless of the location of the buyer and seller. Each of our clients receives access to a unique web library. This system is offered to GSG’s clients at no additional cost to them.
